Giving through the Julie Roth Memorial Foundation

All donations to the Julie Roth Memorial Foundation will help us distribute Roth ID Tags along with educating parents, first responders, and medical professionals. The Julie Roth Memorial Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax deductible non-profit foundation.

Premier Donor Levels

Donors of $1,000 or more will be recognized on our website and promoted on our social media channels.

Platinum Donor: $10,000 or more will help identify 500 kids in emergency situations and educate 1,000 first responders about how to use the Roth ID Tag.

Gold Donor: $5,000-$9,999 will help identify 250 kids in emergency situations and educate 500 first responders about how to use the Roth ID Tag.

Silver Donor: $2,500-$4,999 will help identify 100 kids in emergency situations and educate 250 first responders about how to use the Roth ID Tag.

Bronze Donor: $1,000-$2,499 will help identify 50 kids in emergency situations and educate 100 first responders about how to use the Roth ID Tag.

Donor: Any amount can take us one step closer to making sure every child’s emergency contacts are identified in emergency situations.

Partnerships

The Julie Roth Memorial Foundation and Roth ID Tag are eager to partner with many industries. All partners will be recognized on our website and promoted on our social media channels.

Hospitals: The Roth ID Tag will aide in the identification of patients coming into emergency room departments around the world. 

Car Seat Manufacturers: It is our goal that every car seat would come with the ability to identify emergency contact information for the child. We would love to partner with car seat manufacturers to accomplish this goal.

Insurance Companies: The Roth ID Tag has the ability to shorten family response times and ultimately save lives in extreme situations. It makes sense that insurance companies would like to help us accomplish our goal to "Keep families connected in emergency situations."

Child Safety Foundations: Having a like-minded goal to put child safety first, we're happy to partner with any child safety focused business or foundation.
